Diana S. Barber, J.D., CHE, is a full-time Lecturer at the Cecil B. Day School of Hospitality Administration, J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University, Atlanta, Georgia. She teaches hospitality law and an introductory course in hospitality. Ms. Barber also serves in the capacity as the director of the annual study abroad program for the School of Hospitality entitled European Hospitality Experience and recently took a group of 21 students to study and compare European hospitality venues and customer service in France, Monaco, Italy, Switzerland and Germany.  She recently was awarded the Teaching Excellence Award by the Robinson College of Buiness for Year 2011 and was named Hospitality Faculty of the Year in 2010 by students in the hospitality program.  She was also recently inducted into Phi Beta Delta, the Honor Society for International Scholars.

In addition, Ms. Barber is also a hospitality legal consultant providing a full range of legal services to hotels, motels, restaurants and clubs.  She has over twenty-three years of legal hospitality experience.

Diana Barber is also “Of Counsel” with Berman Fink Van Horn, PC, which is the general counsel to the Georgia Hotel & Lodging Association.
